“I want to be a nurse but it’s only a dream”

Translation:

“How I Imagine Myself a Year from Now”

A year from now I will be in my 15th year, and I will be finished with school. I will walk around idly, not knowing what to do with myself. But no! I think that a year from now I will be in school and studying to be a nurse. I’m dying to be a nurse. But who knows if I will be able to reach my goal?  I hope so, because a person must never lose hope. A person must strive for a better and more beautiful future. I think that nobody in the world would undertake to study as much as I would to be a nurse. I would spend whole days reading and researching in order to attain my goal. If there will be war and human blood will flow as it does now, I will not be able to reach my goal. On the other hand, if peace will rule the world, if truth and justice rule the world and if my financial situation permits me, I will certainly study to be a nurse. Often, before I fall asleep, I imagine that I am a nurse.
