Beba’s Application to Use the YIVO Reading Room

Vilna, Poland, 1937. Research Application

This application was submitted by Beba Epstein to YIVO requesting permission to do research in the YIVO reading room. At the time, Beba was a student of the Real Gymnasium, her high school in Vilna, and she was interested in researching geography in Europe (specifically in the Soviet Union and in Scandinavia).
