“Za wolność” (“For freedom”)

“Za wolność” (“For freedom”) was a partisan newspaper of the Soviet Communist Party in Lithuania and Poland, published in Polish. Issue no. 10, dated May 15th, 1944, was written by the Vilna partisan Rindzinski in the Rudnicki Forest, and printed there by the partisan Yitzhok Kovalski. It includes an article about Ponar and the front page presents an informative handwritten Yiddish note from Avrom Sutzkever.
