Polish/Yiddish announcement by the Bloc of National Minorities. It notes a mass meeting for slate #18, in Krengel’s Hall, Vilna, Poland. Speakers included communal activists Jacob Wygodski, Dr. Tzemah Szabad, and Joseph Czernichow. The Bloc was formed in 1922 as a partnership of national minorities in Poland. The Bloc included Jews, Ukrainians, Belorussians, Russians, and Germans.
