Announcement from the Vilna Rabbis about rules for baking matzos

Vilna, Poland, 1908. Announcement.

The announcement of Rabbinic laws and warnings pertaining to the baking of matzos, with respect to the water, dough, ovens, etc. used. Among them are rules for the proper certification of kosher bakeries and notices to customers.
